We offer Free Shipping and Free Exchanges on orders over $150. Included in your order will be a pre-paid shipping label to send suits back if you need a different size. If the suit fits, simply toss the shipping label.

General Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing an Elle Mer bikini! If you have reached this page you likely need another size or are curious about our policies prior to purchasing. If you have questions about a style, please email us and we will happily get back to you as soon as possible.

Exchanges:

• We are happy to process size exchanges on any un-worn item within 15 days of purchase for the same style & color.

In your email please include the following:

• Your Full Name
• Order Number
• Style/Color/Size you wish to exchange
• The correct size that you need
• Your mailing address

We will get back with you in 24-48 hours with an authorization for your exchange and further details.

Returns:

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• Returned item must be sent within 5 days of delivery of the product.
• Returned item must be unworn, undamaged, with all tags still on. Elle Mer reserves the right to determine whether the returned item meets these standards.
• A 30% restocking fee will be charged on items returned in 'not new' condition (e.g. deodorant stains, heavy perfume smell, or worn looking).
• No Returns Accepted on Closeout/Sale Items.
