Exchange Policy
Exchanges:

We are happy to process size exchanges on any un-worn item within 15 days of purchase for the same style & color.
To get started on your exchange, please email us at: ellemerswimwear@gmail.com
In your email please include the following:
- Your Full Name
- Order Number
- Style/Color/Size you wish to exchange
- The correct size that you need
- Your mailing address
We will get back with you in 24-48 hours with an authorization for your exchange and further details.
Returns:
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Returned item must be sent within 5 days of delivery of the product.
- Returned item must be unworn, undamaged, with all tags still on. Elle Mer reserves the right to determine whether the returned item meets these standards.
- A 30% restocking fee will be charged on items returned in 'not new' condition (e.g. deodorant stains, heavy perfume smell, or worn looking).
- Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
